If you need equipment for the Summer quarter:
For a laptop, please fill out the Technology Request Form on or after June 30th, 2025.
For a graphing or scientific calculator, you will need to come to the check out desk at the Cannell Library to see if we have any available, as they are checked out on a first come/first serve basis.
If you are taking Summer classes and already have equpement checked out:
You are free to renew your laptop or calculator as needed. You should have received an email on June 2nd, 2025 regarding laptop renewals and returns, so please refer back to that email, and if you cannot find it, please email ccl@clark.edu. You must be currently enrolled to renew your laptop.
If you have had your laptop for 6 months, or have not updated it in 6 months, please consider scheduling a laptop update appointment.
If you are not taking Summer classes or if you are graduating:
You will need to return your equipment as soon as you are done with your classes or finals. The due date for all quarter loan equipment and books is June 20th, 2025. Please schedule an appointment to return your laptop.
If you are continuing in the Fall quarter:
You still need to return your equipment and check items out again in the Fall. Please fill out the Technology Request Form for a Fall laptop on or after September 8th, 2025. You must already be enrolled to be able to check out a laptop.
