Fall Laptops and Calculators: Returning, Renewing, and Updating Information!

If you need equipment for the Fall quarter:

For a laptop, please fill out the Technology Request Form

For a graphing or scientific calculator, you will need to come to the check out desk at the Cannell Library to see if we have any available, as they are checked out on a first come/first serve basis. 

If you are taking Fall classes and already have equipment checked out:

You are free to renew your laptop or calculator as needed. You should have received an email on August 26th, 2025 regarding laptop renewals and returns, so please refer back to that email, and if you cannot find it, please email ccl@clark.edu. You must be currently enrolled to renew your laptop, otherwise you will need to return it.

If you have had your laptop for 6 months, or have not updated it in 6 months, please consider scheduling a laptop update appointment

If you are not taking Fall classes:

You will need to return your equipment as soon as possible, as you are not able to have a laptop checked out when you are not enrolled. Please schedule an appointment to return your laptop

If you are planning on continuing in a future quarter, you still need to return your equipment and check items out again in the Fall. Please fill out the Technology Request Form. You must already be enrolled to be able to check out a laptop.
