Clark College Libraries provide a variety of collections to support the diverse needs and interests of our patrons:

 

Collection Description
Career Center Career Center Collection Housed in the Career Center, Gaiser Hall 108,  this collection includes titles to assist with researching occupations, choosing a major or preparing for a job search. Anyone may use the books while in the Career Center; current students may check them out.
CDs and DVDs Cannell Library DVD Collection This browsable collection of CDs and DVDs is located next to LIB 103 (Library Instruction Lab) in Cannell Library. See Video/DVD FAQs for more details. Current Clark College students, faculty, and staff also have access to a collection of streaming videos.
Course Reserves  The Course Reserves collections contain textbooks, videos and other high-demand items not available online that instructors arrange for students to borrow from the library. Ask for Course Reserves at the Check-Out Desk at Cannell Library and the Information Commons at CTC.
General
Cannell Library General Collection
Circulating books are located on the second floor of Cannell Library and shelved by the Library of Congress Classification System. Oversized books are located at the end of this collection. The library also subscribes to a number of e-books, which are available 24/7 through the Library Catalog.

The iCommons library at CTC offers a rotating collection of print books.
Leach
Leach Collection Books
Leather bound classic works of fiction and non-fiction located on the second floor of Cannell Library.
Legal
Legal Collection
This collection of primary sources supplements support for the paralegal program. Some titles are located at Cannell Library on the first floor, others are in Course Reserves at the Check-Out Desk.
New Books
Books recently added to Clark Library's collection are located at Cannell Library near LIB 101 (Cannell Room).
Periodicals
Current Periodicals Cannell Library

Current issues of periodicals and daily newspapers are located near the Check Out Desk at Cannell Library. Online indexes provide access to periodical articles.

Popular Reading
Popular Reading Collection Image
Collection of popular light reading and fiction to encourage reading and literacy. Located at Cannell Library on the first floor.
Reference
Reference Collection Cannell Library
This Cannell Library collection on the first floor includes atlases, dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks and bibliographies for many subject areas. Patrons also have access to reference e-books from the library's website.
Renaissance Kids
Renaissance Kids Books
A special collection of picture books to check out and share with children. Located near LIB 101 (Cannell Room). 
Student Learning Center
Student Learning Center Image

Located in the Student Learning Center in the T-Building on main campus, this collection includes items to support ESL, GED and Adult Basic Education (ABE).

Transitional Programs
ESL Books
Workbooks, reading practice materials, CDs, texts and other skill-building resources for Career and Academic Preparation. Arranged by level for ESL (English as a Second Language) and ABE (Adult Basic Education) learners. Located on the first floor of Cannell Library.
