Ask an Online Librarian
Welcome to Clark College Libraries online research help. This service is available to Clark College students, faculty and staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Library Services at Clark College is part of a national 24/7 cooperative chat service. The librarian you chat with will not necessarily be from Clark College, but she or he will know about the Clark College Libraries resources available to you and will be able to help you with your research question.
You may use the anonymous option, but if you provide an email address a Clark College Librarian can follow up on your question, if necessary.
This service answers reference questions and provides brief information about the libraries in your area. The normal session is less than 15 minutes. The librarian may provide you with an answer to your question, but will more likely show you how to find the answer for yourself.
Please include your email address when submitting the chat form. An email address allows you to receive a copy of the chat transcript and also allows a Clark College librarian to send you a follow-up message if necessary.
